**Position Summary:**
Join our team at Affordable Comfort Contracting as an HVAC Service Technician! In this role, you will be responsible for providing service and maintenance on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems. The primary focus will be on residential systems, including straight A/C, heat pumps, gas furnace/boiler, oil furnace/boiler, water heaters, and Mitsubishi Ductless Mini Split Systems. You'll work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional weekends, overtime, on-call, and evening work as needed.

**Pay Scale:** Based on Experience per hour. Plus, special incentives and bonuses

**Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of experience preferred, but all experience levels will be reviewed
- Valid PA driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Advanced customer service skills with a personable demeanor
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal & fiberglass practices
- Understanding of air balancing principles and techniques
- Willingness to assist the installation team if needed
- On-call rotation availability
